You need a life change, yet you're not sure how or where to start. At AOA, we believe in helping each person reach their optimal health through encouragement and education.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our functional fitness style boot camp classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely.
In our Couch to Boot Camp program, you can expect to learn the fundamentals of exercise and how to correctly perform the main movements (hinge, squat, push, pull, etc.). On top of that, we will emphasize healthy habit changes through accountability texts, encouragement, and fun challenges.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily at AOA, you will graduate to our regular Boot Camp classes at just $99 a month (*unlimited classes) and get the full AOA experience!
