Combat Conditioning

Train like a fighter every Wednesday evening at 5pm!

We incorporate several styles of martial arts into this high intensity 45min class by including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing techniques as well as submission grappling, wrestling, and footwork skills to each class.

Everything explained in class will have modifications available, so all ages and stages are welcome to join this class! Come learn from highly skilled Coaches (and get a great workout too!).
